Returns & Refunds Policy
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns once goods are sold. If the item is opened, used, or not in its original condition, it is strictly non-returnable.
Special Cases
In rare cases, a return may be considered under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Since we sell electronics, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used electronic devices
- Items with missing packaging, accessories, or manuals
- Devices that have been activated, registered, or used
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar daysof receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To qualify:

The item must be returned in a condition that allows inspection and testing (i.e., not damaged or heavily used)

You may open the product to examine it, but any excessive use or damage may result in a deduction from the refund

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless we offer free returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at bonjour@cantatacs.com within 14 days of delivery.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or receive proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- If more than 15 business days have passed without a refund, please contact us at bonjour@cantatacs.com.
